Potato Plant Flower.    There are wondrous things growing in our own backyard garden, you just have to look.

Yellow Onion Flower and Bud.   It is amazing to me how a simple thing can have such beauty and still smell like an onion.

Nesting Dove With Chicks.    Twice each year the same pair of doves raise two broods in my backyard bird house. This is number two this year.

View of the Hudson River From my Front Window.    The hill was ravaged by the same tornado that hit our home three years ago in May. I just missed a photo of a Bald Eagle swooping down to grab a fish. I'll get it some time. The red cloud may be a portent of things coming.  This is supposed to be a hot spot for PCBs.  Best fishing in years!

Red Cloud Over the Hudson.    Same shot as above taken with my Sony Digital Mavica Camera with its' 14x Optical Zoom Lens.  Some day I'll learn how to use it.

A Taconic Sunset.   Driving down the road minding my own business when in my rear view mirror I came upon this.  I stopped on the roadside and watched as other cars seemed oblivious to this spectacular sight that was unfolding.  See more ....

A Fire in the Sky.   At full zoom of 14x with my Mavica Digital the sky came alive with fire.  See more ...

A Heavenly Ray Arose.   Within a minute the night sky changed from fire to glow to grandiose and a beam began to rise from the horizon to shine to the heavens.  And this became what I developed below .....

The Heavenly Host of the Mountain Beckoned.   The remaining minutes were indeed a view of heaven and when I returned home to my computer I found this image among some 9/11 composites and the idea was natural.  Seeing I borrowed the main ingredient please feel free to copy this and send to your friends.  I thought it came out pretty good.  This was taken on January 3rd, 2002 ...
