We also have an IRS Income Tax Service and Filing business that we have operated from our 38 North Main Street location in Mechanicville, NY. Cathy now has several hundred clients that have been relying on her for a good few years now, but through natural attrition there is usually room for several more each year. She has gotten many dealers out of IRS problems over the years also. This is about her twentieth year in this field and she knows a lot. Rentals, business and small corporations are no problem and all work is done with the aid of the latest computer
technology and regulation updates. E-Service filing is also done direct to the IRS by secure line.
We also have been servicing sewing machines since 1965 when I worked for the Singer Sewing Machine Company. I became their youngest store manager while on Long Island in Fresh Meadows, NY. Then we started our own Singer Dealership in Bayshore, NY. I do not miss the LI Expressway but we sure made money amongst the hectic hustle and bustle of the city. Here in quiet Mechanicville we just plod along doing our gun shows, sales and travel but still offer our expert sewing machine service when time permits. Out of area people even UPS them to the shop. I
guess like all good service shops, we are a dying breed and hard to find any more. I have many parts for old machines.

For books and small items actual postal charges will apply to the order, normally $4.50 to $5.95. For most items please include $9.50 minimum per order for Shipping, Handling & Insurance, foreign sales are more and shipping to some countries we can not insure contents. We generally ship UPS or US Mail and can quote actual shipping and insurance charges that may be above our minimum to you if you provide us with your complete address and zip code. Additional
packing charges will apply to swords, firearms, glass, china or bulky and heavy items from $8.00 to $15.00. Some items can be combined in one shipping order to save fees. Foreign country sales are applicable to customs regulations and usually additional shipping with possibly handling charges for extra paperwork.
Oh, one other small matter. About our GUARANTEE of anything we sell or promote on this site? It is simply 100% Satisfaction, no more ... no less! We have been in business for so long it scares me, not a fly by night outfit and not one who has to fool you, the customer. We've been screwed so many times on the web
that it doesn't even require greasing any more. But just because it's been done to us, it won't be done by us. View our pages with the extreme confidence you would have as with a friend. Not a boast ... just the way it has always been in our store business and now, how it will always be in all our internet business. PS: All Shipping Charges are the Buyer's Responsibility. Any and all Shipping Charges are non-refundable. And we suggest that all packages be insured. We do draw the line at being responsible for uninsured shipments. We tend to pack well. We
describe our merchandise in detail on the conservative side and have never had a return from a customer.
A THREE DAY ITEM INSPECTION APPLIES. (Of course there has been misuse and chicanery to force us to engage this rule.)

| To register to bid on any of our www.Neaca.com Silent Auctions you will need to Contact Us by calling our shop at 518-664-9743 and register a credit card with your name and address which we will issue a $2.00 active charge to in order to verify it is a current card issued to you, the bidder, this is treated as a credit to your account at NEACA. This registration will be active
for six months and then we will ask for upgrading for any new or current information, free. Or bring or send a $10.00 good faith deposit, which is a credit to your NEACA account, by check or MO to our shop or mail to PO Box 385, Mechanicville, NY 12118. If you are already a previous customer you can simply e-mail us at dpetron1@nycap.rr.com to update your intent to use a card we have on file or payment by check. Bidding is a contract between you and C & D Petronis, Inc. and is binding by the laws of New York State. A 7% sales
tax will be added to the bid if you reside within the State or bid at our shop location. Shipping charges of $5.45 USPS Priority Mail will be added, heavier items can go UPS Ground with a $100. insurance credit for usually $8.50. Actual charges may be more. Multiple items can be grouped for combined shipment. We will also ship a "gift" to an address of your choice and gift wrap and insert a card for you for a small fee of $1.00. These items are sold at a discounted CASH price and the use of a credit card will void that discount of 3.5 % which will be added to the
total bill in effect. However, we do accept good checks and money orders as cash. If you are a dealer in NYS you may send us a signed Tax Certificate. We try to describe items with accuracy but as with all auctions all sales are final. Enjoy the bargains and check our next Silent Auction.
